What are the shipping and delivery times?
USA transit time is 3-5 days (Mon-Fri)
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. How long does it take to process the order?

Tracking Instructions:
1.Once your order has been dispatched and being in transit then we will be able to update the tracking number.

PS. You will not get tracking number until the order is processed.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
We highly require our customers to inform us about any cancelation within 2 hours after placing an order. For any cancelation related questions please email us sales@fastytrusty.com with the following info:

How Can I Change My Order?
We highly require our customers to inform us about any order changes within 2 hours after placing an order. For any changing related questions please email us sales@fastytrusty.com with the following info:
Subject Line of the email should include "Order Change"

2. Color

I Didn`t receive an order confirmation email.
What Should I Do?
- check email spam/junk
- check social, promotions or primary tabs in your email
- make sure that email address was correct when placing an order
- if email was incorrect please email us again with the correct email address to sales@fastytrusty.com and we will make necessary changes
- if all above does not refer to your issue then please email us sales@fastytrusty.com

Returns and Exchanges
What is your refund and return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unused, and all labels attached ( tags when you received them), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How Can I Exchange my item?
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unused, and all labels attached ( tags when you received them), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- You can exchange items for equal or less value
- Exchange is eligible within 30 days after receiving the order
For all exchange enquiries please email sales@fastytrusty.com with the following info
- Your email used while placing the order
- Order number
- A good quality clear pictures/video of the item(s) you want to exchange.
- The reason for exchange
- Current shipping address
Upon receiving the item it will be inspected and if determined sellable again then we will advise you for placing a new order for the correct color or size.
PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying the Shipping Fee for the new order.
What if my order arrived damaged?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
PLEASE NOTE: In the event you receive the item and do not inform us about any damage or other issues immediately within two days after the order delivery date with picture(s)/video then the order is not eligible for return or refund.
